I had new exhaust put on my Tahoe and i'm not pleased.
It sounds fine until it warms up then it sounds like a helicopter on acceleration I had high flow dual system run on it. The mufflers are a straight thru performance type. I noticed before they welded the tail pipes on that the little clam shell looking baffles are turned to the front or intake side of the muffler. It has a good deep sound except for the spitting or ticking sound.
I looked under it with it running and no leaks.
Anyone know what way those baffles should go? I got a feeling they were put on backwards. There is no directional markings on them..
The guy who put them on is out of town all week and with the attitude he had the other day i doubt he will be willing to do anything.
Should have stuck to Flowmasters like i had before..
