j.r, Most boats used a color code on wiring and the pump in the step down usually was wired to a fused switch on the dash brown wire I believe. The navigation lights were usually wired the same way but on a three position switch, they would probably be Gray and gray/w white stripe.most power was Orange at the dash and grounds were black. The tach also has a gray signal wire. I think the switches are what you are looking for and I would check all the fuses before doing any wiring.

thanks blu... the only thing i did the other day was buy a bag of assorted fuses and replaced the 2 blown ones i had. so far theres no reference for me to check the correct amps in the fuse box.. the rest of the boat is in beutiful condidtion. it was wrapped every year and maintained to a tee.. it's a shame becuase i have a 6-7 and a 1 year old who think it's our "water house" and the fridge dosent work.lol i'll chk tthose colors and see what i come up with..thanks........
