Seems to me that there is a lot of stress in your life, that in itself can be the cause of your headaches, however, in my opinion you need to see a doctor for professional advice and treatment, the sooner the better.

i have played the self diagnosis game for many years. I have great ins and still won't go to a doctor until I'm about to die.

headaches are common for me but, I know my body and generally the causes. this is allergy sinus season, if you're not prone to that it could be a new "blessing" for you. it starts in later years for some.

tension headaches are very common. as are headaches from colds or what not.

i have had a sinus headache go 7 days before it broke.

my personal cures. Tylenol Sinus, caffeine, cold air, hot steamy water in shower, chocolate, and stress free activity. for me it is motorcycle. if it's a somewhat bad (tension) headache but not blinding I go for a ride and forget the world. when I'm done the ache is gone.

avenger- yeah it has been maybe 8 days now and they are slowly starting to go away, but i do think it is stress, my problem now is there is no out for me right now. mine was riding 4wheelers, but we had to sell them now i is going out on the boat, but right now there is no money for that. so now i have no out and everything is building up, my wife is having a baby, there is a situation at work going on that is really bothering me for the past 3 weeks and i stay pi**ed off all day, and my 5 year olds mother(not my wife) is trying to take him away in court. just alot going on right now and i think the problem is i need a vacation or i need a good weekend on the water.
