I Have A Chance To Buy A 1977 Mercury 70 Hp Outboard. It Was Started Maybe Once When New And Never Installed On A Boat. The Paint Isn't Even Worn Off The Prop. It Was Part Of An Estate Sale And Has Been Kept In Indoor Storage For All These Years. I Need Advice On If I Should Buy This Is Or Not. He Wants 850.00 And Comes With Harness. What To Do???

If you have $850 and a need for the motor buy it. What can we tell you that would make any difference. These days anything that runs is worth 850. Sure wish we could break you of the habit of capitalizing the first letter of every word though. Really makes it hard to tell where one sentence ends and the next one begins.

Yes, great deal, especially since the harness goes with the purchase. This will save you some time and money buying the complete setup.
