Seems to me idle speed mixture would change with restriction/no restriction changes. That's why idle mixture and idle speed are best adjusted with the engine in the water, not on muffs. She me some data!!!!

If you want a louder motor,this will do it. Don't expect any measurable performance gains from it.

It might be possible, but for safety sake I will leave the engine the way it is, it was designed that way for a reason .... when you modify something, chances are something will go wrong sometime ...
