Can anyone help ID this prop?

The number that I get off the existing prop: A873138A40 14P

The first character is either an A or a 4

The prop is for a 17' alum modified v fishing boat with a 40 hp yamaha.

Thanks for any help!

Can't tell you too much. "A" may stand for aluminum. 14P for 14" pitch.
of course the 40 could be 40hp. If its aluminum it will be painted ,stainless is not. With the pitch, your max rpm and speed we can give you an idea if the 14 is correct.

Re: Any help?

I figured the A was for Aluminum prop, and the 14p was most likely the pitch.

What about the 138? Would that be 10-3/8?

Re: Any help?

Measure the radius from the center of the shaft to the outside of a prop blade and double that. That number will be your diameter to go with the 14" pitch.
