Any idea where to buy a storage pouch like this??

Was curious if anybody knows where to find an open pouch like this that can be mounted upright. I’m not even sure what to call this thing, but have searched around for an hour and couldn’t find anything similar. It’s mostly just to cover the open hole that exposes my gas tank in between my two seats.

Something like that is commonly found on SAILBOATS.----called a " tailing bag " or " sheet bag "-----Used to store line that has come off a winch.------So look into finding this at sailboat suppliers / sailmakers websites.----Perhaps many other places.----Used this item myself , many times on sailboats !!

Names can mean everything, when it comes to finding things !!!! Sure looks like that one earned its keep !! Someone that works with vinyl should be able to repair/ replace that item.
