Any low priced GPS with the charts?

Not sure what they are called but I am looking for one that shows the water depths. Is this a chartplotter? I have a GPS right now and love it but it does not show the water depths for the surrounding area - It shows the depth of the water I am in, Speed, location, etc - I would really like to upgrads.

Any suggestions?

I think there are marine chart sets you can get for the Garmin Nuvi series GPS units. You can also get apps for the iPhone or Andriod that do chart plotting. I use Navionics on my iPhone. The app cost me about $10 for northeast lakes which goes from the Atlantic coast to the Great Lakes.
