They are all around a lot of the time. Check out some threads to find them. Look at the "rank" by the avatars. JB, Bob V, Ezmobee, DJ to name but some.

The BEST thing you could do, is to post your problem over in the Non-Boating Technical Topics forum. That is where this type post should be posted. Then, if one of the other members can't help you, then a moderator eventually will. We are just members too, and are not online at any specific times. Just be patient, you will be helped.

One Note, don't post any personal information in your post, like email address, passwords, etc. That should be done in PM's with a moderator only, and only if necessary to fix your problems. Usually that information is NOT necessary for anything we can do to help you.

I read another one of your posts and it sounds like you are having a password problem from your original account. Is that accurate?

heard from the admin, and we're working on it. in the meantime, I thought I actually remembered the password to this account (mental note, dont just quickly make a temp account and not write anything down sigh).

anyway, I got this error message? maybe because the admin (TW) is working on (many thanks!) the accounts?

just fyi I guess in case others experience this.

its really weird too. I have all check boxes for receiving emails checked. my email account is one of my two regular accounts (I checked). but yet when I go to the forget password hyperlink, input the email and answer the secret question...and then it tells me it emailed me. a day later, still no email lol.

I dont want to test this account anymore password-wise since I'm still logged in at my home laptop and can post/update my threads but its weird that I'm not actually getting the emails the board should be sending me when everything is correct?

this is what I see when I actually type in what I think is the right password for this account unlike the "you've used 1 of 5 login attempts" messages...

no idea.

yes, thats correct. I've been logged on since 09 on my home laptop and when I started goofing with my boat again, I'd always be away from home when I thought to post and then got locked out that way, guessing my password....then trying to send my password reset to my email which turned out to be an old email from before I moved which I no longer have access to...

makes me feel like this:

Its a easy fix go into your User CP.

Then into email & password your old password will auto fill in the box.

Then reenter a new password and you'll be fine on the other compu.

Then enter new password on the other one & poof it should work.


THEN WRITE DOWN THE NEW PASSWORD !!. :facepalm:
