Any one know what motor this is ??

I have this 1 cyl. outboard with no ID tag. I have no idea what brand, year or model this is. The only numbers I can find on the motor is 610751(part #) on the Tecumseh flywheel. Also 1323-12 on a side plate, and the carb. is a Tauson power products. If anyone has any info they can give I would appreciate it.

It isNOT a Tauson Power Products but rather "Lauson Power Products". More than likely an air cooled Techumseh motor stuck onto a lower unit provided by who knows. It may have even been something someone cobbled together in their back yard. It's been done before.

Looks like an old "gas-and-go" I used to have, I think mine was a Sears. Its definately a Tecumseh engine and it looks like its missing the lower cowl which is very common as most people just took them off because they were a pain. No telling who made it without the paint on it as there were several manufacturers that put those little motors together unless someone recognizes that #. Might try the Other Outboard brands forum. If you want to use it most parts for the engine are normally available at a lawnmower repair shop.

I found another outboard the same as the one I have it does have an ID tag with the # 154109 on it - but that is the only legible part of the tag. I looked thru the ESKA model numbers and did not see this number. I have been told wizard and gamefisher but all the site I have been on the # and pics don't match up. If anyone has any further info I would appreciate it.

I just got one of these. Eska bottom, motor is Tec and has a Louson Carb. Was wondering what the hell it was too. My guess was maybe a sears ted williams

In have a Ted Williams 7.5 (Eska, Sears) looks similar. its noisy and but runs good. Could be a Wizard or Gamefisher also they were all made by Eska. There may be a tag on the engine and you could back trace it.

Does it run ??? They are normally the annoyingly loud motors that are so reliable you never want to part with them.

One of the many Eska built motors, probably a Sears, but other stores sold them too. They all resemble each other to some extent.

EDIT: Oops, I just noticed this thread is a couple of years old. Time to put it back to bed.
