Any Samaritans around Corpus Christi?

An old girlfriend of mine, now retired and living in CC, has a simple taillight problem of some sort and the local fuzz (correctly) wont let her drive her '86 Acura until she gets it fixed.<br /><br />No Acura dealer there. Local shops are giving her a run-around. She has asked me for advice.<br /><br />Anyone willing to contact her and fix it as a favor for an old lady (... and JB)?

According to Champion Honda on crosstown expressway they still service Acuras.The regions Acura sales dealers and parts come out of San Antonio.Usually next day shipment of any parts in stock.<br /><br />Anyway ,I'd be glad to assist in any way I can if I could get in touch with your friend JB.Hopeflly it's just something simple.Can't imagine anything too major on a non working tail light.

10-4 JB.Many times people don't realize that elderly folks need a little closer attention.Anyhoo,if she's on a tight budget and needs a helping hand or just someone to help out with the service guys,I'd be glad to help.

Haven't heard from her since I suggested the Honda dealer, OB. <br /><br />She only goes to her 'puter once a day. That is former girl friend, by the way. I haven't seen her in 20 years.<br /><br />I will let you know of any new developments.. Thanks for your availability.
