Any Westerbreke techs on iBoats?????

Got a Westerbeke 22.5 sbeg EFI kicking my butt. Wont start unless a shot of starting fluid is applied. All sensors check/ohm out, fuel pressure 40psi, injector firing(noid) when cranking just not getting bump off and sometime starter just hits for a second like it lost a connection. I have another boat beside it with same unit so compared readings,swapped mapp and injector and still same problem. Once it starts its runs fine.Dont wont to rob the ECM from other as afraid it has problem and could damage it also.

Is it just a cold start problem or is it also a problem when engine is at operating temperature?

I had similar situation once...turned out to be the crank or cam position sensor. The timing wasn't changing.
