Anybody else having problems changing their avatar?

Tried to change my avatar to my favorite football team. It's not working out. I keep on getting an error message that says "unable to save image". I have been trying by both uploading directly from my computer, or with a URL... No luck.
When uploading from the computer, the image is set to 100X100 pixels, and stored as a JPEG file. Even my original avatar will not reload.

Perhaps I'm just dense?

In any case, I feel like a naked newbie right now...

Did you delete the old one before you tried loading the new one??

I didn't have to delete the old one before putting up this maple leaf ... sure hope I can change it easy enough the beginning of next week! YIKES!

Hey, is that an excuse to change it already??? There are problems with the avatar function, I have to change back to my regularly scheduled avatar!

Did you delete the old one before you tried loading the new one??

I don't have one saved as far as I can tell. Edit avatar function currently says "No Avatar Specified" as my selected avatar.

This should be fixed.

Note: The maximum size of your custom image is 100 by 100 pixels or 25.0 KB (whichever is smaller).

When you upload your new image, you may get an error message that says the file was invalid or something like that, I just did, but the avatar did post ok.
