I recently bought a used pontoon boat, after stripping the deck and rolling it with an epoxy none skid coating I'm going to build a 10 x 8 ft cabin using 2 in box alum. for the frame work and structural insulated panels[alum sheeting with foam in between].Wondered if anyone has done this?

you need to balance the load, you do not want to be tail heavy.

Kinda like a ghetto houseboat. I see them all the time by the fishin village down here. it can be done easily, like TD said balance the load, and it is good to know what the max load for the pontoons are or you'll be ridin dirty
