Anyone familiar with a late 80's DT 200?

I feel like an idiot asking this question but this is the first Suzuki I've ever owned. It's on a used CC that I bought to repair and resell. I've always been an OMC guy and totally green on these units.

I got a seriously stupid question. Without also putting it in gear, how do you rev/warm the darn thing up? Every other outboard I've ever owned had either a button you push or lever you raise but this one has nothing.
