Anyone have a Hydrofoil preference?

I am thinking of adding a Stingray Hydrofoil to my 3.0 I/O to increase slower speed planing and fuel economy. Anyone else have a better preference or reviews?

I have a Stingray Hydrofoil on mine, It works great on mine, I don't have all the probs. that other people have with theirs, But every one will prob. tell you to go with SX Smart Tabs. You can look at them here on I boats, Look were it says SEARCH and type in smart tabs, It will show you the NAUTICAL SX SMART TABS and how to install.>>>Pat

Yep - - Smart Tabs are the way to go!
I have them on my 175

Go to the prop forum and ansk about a prop with more bow lifting properties perhaps.

A hydrofoil is a band-aid fix.
