I can't tell what shaft length this is. A little help?

You are probably running a 10" prop on that engine. So, scaling off that in your pic looks like 20"....pretty long for a 15.

If you have access to the motor then measure from the under the lower motor cover where the motor block bolts to the bottom to the bottom of the skeg. If its roughly 30"-31" its a short shaft 35"-36" its a long.

It is a short shaft (15-inch transom). The long shaft Johnrude 25/35 was significantly longer under the "horseshoe" at the base of the swivel bracket.

I have basically the same engine, Evinrude, and yes that is a short shaft for a 15" transom.
