Trying to do some troubleshooting and one thing I was told was to check WOT RPM against what the manual says. Trying to find that out! Boat seems to be not up to 100% power at full throttle, but I am at about 5,000 elevation also, so trying to determine if engine is running correctly, or if something is wrong, or if I need to consider changes in prop pitch and/or carb adjustments. Any help is appreciated thanks
