It's very interesting is what it is, I haven't got a clue LOL Maybe this "bump" will catch the eye of someone who does. I'm curious to know myself now.

My first guess is an inspection label of some kind.

Looks like a template layout of some kind. There are three circles inside the outer line with numbers written in two of them and what looks like BS in the colored one. Layout for something to mount, maybe.
