So I’ve been working on a ‘83 7.5 Chrysler and noticed the black plastic cam follower that helps move the throttle linkage on the carb is broken. Part number is F525316-1 but the problem is they don’t make em anymore. Does anybody know what I could do to fix this? I am providing a pic below

Based off the following older thread, https://forums.iboats.com/threads/‘83-chrysler-7-5-replacement-follower-for-carb-throttle-linkage.750357/
I too am searching for this throttle linkage.
Thanks.

Hi Kyle,

I ran into the same trouble finding this part. They pop up on eBay every now and then and there was one guy a couple years ago that had an injection mold and sold the part on eBay. Doesn't look like he is selling atm.

I designed and printed a replacement for this part. Still have a handful. Have been using it on my motor for a couple years now. I can ship you the printed replacement for the cost of shipping. Thanks

This may sound as if I'm from another planet, but these pieces are easily made on a 3d printer. If you know somebody who has one, just bring the parts of the broken one and glue them together. The printer will make you a new piece
