anyone live near Seguin, TX?

I will be making a move there this year with my company and was wondering what the boating is like near there. It will be nice to be able to boat year round for the most part and not have to put her up for long periods of time.

Welcome to the area. There are three small lakes near by, Lake Dunlap, Lake Mcqueeney, and Placid lake. Also there is the Guadalupe river. A much bigger lake a few miles a way is Canyon lake.

Thanks. I did look on google and seen that there are a few lakes and rivers. I live right on the Illinois river now. So are these lakes great for boating and sking? I have been looking at the housing market and there are a few good prospects that I am interested in looking at. Anyhow thanks again maybe we can meet up.
