Thats a pretty funny ad and its quite timely. However this guy and his company is fighting a rising tide of applicants that are very much what he is targeting against here.... at least for the better part of the issues he states....and there are more every day.
Any way you cut it tho'...he is looking for a lot in a position with no statement of previous trade qualification, professional training, education, etc...just a drivers licence.
I hope he is paying a lot.......he will probably need to
