Anyone removed Power Steering Cooler on 89 5.8 L OMC?

It has a strap around it but I can't find out how to loosen (remove) the strap.

Anyone done this? The hose replacement seems pretty straightforward.

The strap is attached to the block with 1 bolt, you may have to get a plumbers mirror to see it, you should be able to feel for it, take the bolt out and the whole thing falls free.

Yep, you have to work blind to get at it. A plus is (depending on the hose layout) you can loosen the bolt and slip the cooler out, then you can see the bolt if the bracket needs removing.
