its another Discovery channel show, this ones about swordfishing off the new england coast. pretty interesting. not as good as deadliest catch imo, but definitely worth watching.

I've watched some of it and it make me think that I've been fishin for the wrong species. I would be set if I could go out and catch just one fish per day. I don't like reality shows but somehow the Discovery Channel shows are watchable.

It's interesting that they don't seem to catch anything but swordfish on their 30 mile longlines. Sometimes a shark or two. No marlin, sailfish, etc. Could it be that they're not showing us everything?
Yeah, I do have a problem with longlines. Killing all those fish so someone can eat them in a fancy restaurant or they can be sold for sushi in Asia. They need to go back to having to harpoon them from the pulpit of a boat.

That show is very interesting. I was watching it last night, that one boat, Sea Hawk I believe, man, they are always having problems. Yeah, if I caught one fish like that, there would be one week of good eating!

Pretty lame compared to Deadliest Catch.
Catching water bugs is one thing. Deadlining those beautiful fish is another. I don't order it in a restaurant.
