anyone with a wiring diagram for a tohatsu 120, please lend a hand.

im still tryin to get this motor runnin right, its been at a shop for 3 weeks and all the mechanic has to tell me everyday is that hes still waiting for a schematic for it. so ive ordered a diagram and went and picked my boat up. but until it gets here if anybody could answer this to get me runnin this week i would greatly appreciate it. its a simple problem, the rev limiter is engaging at any engine speed above idle, i found a red wire with a yellow tracer that comes out of the ecu that was cut and shoved behind the harness (apperantly the mechanic didnt dig too deep) and im assuming/hoping this is my gremlin. so if anyone could tell me where that wire is supposed to connect or what that wire is for, i will be forever greatful.

There is a red/white wire for the pressure sensor; My diagrams don't show a red/yellow. Perhaps the white has yellowed over time. The ESG is never supposed to limit you to idle.
