Ok, This boat received 2 of 3 stringer replacement and floor replacement back in 1997. Well, after some suspicion that the original center stringer may be rotted, I removed a few square inches of the glass and found that it is rotted (I had removed a small section of the floor to patch a split in the hull).
So, is there a way to replacement this stringer (seacast) without removing the entire floor? Could I remove the flooring above the stringer, remove the rotted stringer wood and pour the seacast, then patch the floor? Or is this a compromise is floor strength...
Thanks.
