AQ 131A Volvo Penta Oil and Water Mixed

I just bought this Bayliner 19FT. with an AQ 131A motor.My problem is that it has water and oil mixed.My close cooling system is fine.It wants to shoot ( i guess its choclate Milk) out of the oil cap.Im thinking thats because its water down.Now this gets me.My oil dip stick tells me that im not OVER filled.If water is mixing with my oil should'nt my oil pan be filled to the top?Also if I pull the exhaust manifold can i see if its cracked or do i have to have it tested?Any hints for me on this will be helpfull. thanks

p.s. I forgot to say that i did pull the spark plugs and they are all good..

Sounds odd. Can you tell if its antifreeze or water in the oil? Does your engine have an oil cooler?

Its water not antifreeze...no i don't have an oil cooler..

Its shooting out the oil cap? Because it's watered down? please clarify.

There is no place on that engine where raw water and oil could mix. Unless I'm forgeting something.

I think I'd change the oil and run it a bit more and see what happens. I don't understand how the level could be normal and its blowing oil out the cap.

It's like a sprikle comming out of the oil cap when i take the cap off.I'm going to change the oil a few times this weekend and see what happens..for all i know the boat might have been under water and the old owners didn't want to tell me about it.I do have to gut this thing because all the wood is nothing but rot..if nothing else i have a AQ 125A i can drop in it..but i want to kept it the same as it was from factory if i can..I do thank you for the help.

I found out how the water got into the oil..The kids that had it before me was running the motor with the outdrive all the way up.the lift was broken so they didn't know how to unlock it...once again thanks for the help
