Hi guys, after 4 weeks of gingerley trying to get my distributor out I finerley did it, but to my horror I found it had broken in half, so the big question is does any body know of a volvo car replacement as it will be cheaper or does any one know where I might get a second hand one.

Do Not use an automotive distributor in your boat. They are not spark shielded or legal and could be a source of ignition for any fuel vapors in the engine compartment. A good source for used parts is one of the many marine salvage yards around the country. Since we have no knowledge of where you are it is hard to suggest a source.
