AQ250 - Water Inlet Connection part number?

Hi Guys?

I looked up my outdrive in the information section of these forums and I found my outdrive, the diagram and most of the shop manual. Unfortunately, the manual doesn't give the part number for the little water inlet connection on the outdrive (I think that is what it's called, it looks like a mini-automotive thermostat housing).

Could anyone point me in the right direction towards finding one of these?

Hi Don!

First and foremost, thank you for any help you give me. I can't even begin to imagine how many people you've helped out on this forum alone!

I went to your link and tried in vein to find my outdrive. My motor isn't made by Volvo Penta, so I was left to kind of guess where to go.

Here is an image from the manual with the part that I need circled. If you can give me any info on it, I'm happy to search for it on my own. I just can't even get an idea of what it would be called, a part number... anything really.

I found a 250 drive, under an AQ170 engine.
