ARCO Tilt pump refilling with ATF

Hi guys,
I can't find a service manual for re-filling my ARCO Tilt pump (picture attached)
There's an obvious screw/nipple on the front facing downwards, would somebody be able to confirm that I can fill the reservoir with a syringe using that nipple? Would really appreciate some advise in this if anyone can Thank you.

Always helps a bunch to tell use what your working on. Found the pump in manual 5 for TR and TRS drives

The thing just to the left of the right trim line is a dipstick and fill point
Fill with 10W30 or 10W40 oil

ATF tends to foam, power steering fluid would be a better choice.
