Are Seloc manuals good?

I'm working on my Evinrude OceanPro 175 hp 60 degree. I need to overhaul/repair the lower unit. Is Seloc any worthy for this job? What about parts, where can I buy them?

I would get the OEM manual. The third party manuals are not always absolutely clear and try to cover too many models/years and don't always differentiate in important areas. They're all about the same price, so why not get the right one to begin with?
