Are the 2003 Mercury 60hp 3cyl Bigfoot known to shake?

I have a 2003 Mercury 60hp 3cyl Bigfoot.

When i have the motor raised in shallow water or going slow the motor shakes.

It is real noticable when I have the hose hooked to the earmuffs flushing out the motor.

Is this normal or should it be fixed?
