I paid $300 for mine used and yes she does play nice but Im not real happy with the pick ups.......They could be a little hotter imho........Feels great though.........

I have a washburn flat top. Musician, not by a long shot. Do I like to mess around and play, yes. I find it relaxing, however my wife and kinds dont !!!

If you want to see a ratted out, but still great Alvarez, go to youtube and search for Monte Montgomery. His looks like he has been beating on it for 10 years! He's also a lot of fun for guitar players to listen to - if you have never heard him, be prepared to find yourself with your mouth hanging open and your brain tryoing to figure out how he does what he does on an acoustic!

We saw some guys last night here in Chicago called the Punch Brothers. Kind of folk/bluegrass/jazz fusion. Absolutely awesome!!! Anybody ever hear of them? Looking for material . . .
