Areator not working in a 1998 Stratus 201FS

My friend has a 1998 Stratus 201FS. He said when the livewell fills the aerator doesn't kick in.
Any input is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Ayuh,.... Tell him to check for Power, 'n Ground at the pump motor,....

If there's Power, 'n Ground, replace the pump motor,...
