This site gets better and better ... been away a few years but I'm back !! ... I am seeking information re Australian fibreglass (yes - thats how you spell it)boat makers in 70' & 80's ... I have just purchased late 70's Pride Premier 4.65 metres fibreglass runabout (15 1/2 feet) ... same boat also sold as Caribbean something? .... I'm trying to find out what floatation, if any, was built into the hull .... can't seem to locate the original manufacturers on the net or yellow pages ... any assistance greatly appreciated

The Caribbean and Pride boats were made by International Australia which is still running as
International Marine Pty Ltd
Ferntree Gully Rd Scoresby VIC 3179
ph: (03) 9763 7233

I've had a few contacts with them chasing parts for a '60's Caribbean and some of the staff have a very good knowledge of the early models. I'd ring them rather than write.
