Hello. I'm new to the boating world and apologies if this has been previously discussed. How tight should the motor "swivel" be if the copilot friction lever is set to its tightest setting? My Mercury 25 is pretty loose at the tightest setting. When running full-out, the motor will turn hard to the left. How do I tighten the motor "swivel"? Also, I'm trying to figure out what year the motor is. The s/n is OD246968. Thank you.
