The flat-rate just to replace a powerhead in kind is 7.2 hours according to Bombardier. Depending on the reason for the (failure) replacement of the old powerhead, some shops will suggest that you may want to also consider these additional work items: 1. replacing the water pump in the lower unit 2. overhauling the carbs, 3. replacing the OMS (oil/fuel pump) at the same time. These items are not part of the 7.2 hours. They may be suggested in order to provide warranty.
