Have you checked oil level lately. Just to make sure water isn't going in. I say this only because it turns out those manifolds caused lots of issues with mine and all went away when I changed them.
Rebuilt carb. Got throttle adjusted. It seems to run well. Been out about 20 mins on the water today. Think my lower shift cable is bad. Choked out when trying to put in reverse 8-10 times.
