Bad Bearing scared crank

I have a 95' 175 evinrude. The rod bearing seized and scared the crank . Can I have it ground in the one area that is damaged and use an oversize bearing. Everything else looks good.

1- There are no oversized bearings.
2- Grinding the crank goes thru the surface hardness.

There are some places that rebuild the cranks but if it were mine I'd gust find a used one. Not that difficult really.

Likely that the crank journal was significantly overheated-not a good condition. I think it is time for a new crank.
