My '93 200hp Evinrude pulls 120, 115, 115, 110, 110, 100. So there's more than a 15psi difference. Can I wait until the Fall to have the engine pulled apart or will that ruin my engine? Do I have any hope trying to just de-carb??
Do a decarb now, Zipp, then take new compression readings.

My guess is that they will even out to an acceptable range.

Moving to Evinrude troubles.
I agree. A decarb is in order. The manufacturer calls for no more than 15 lbs difference and youre very close. In fact if your heads are not matching and the first 3 numbers are from one side and the second 3 are from the other side, You may not have anything to worry about.

If on each head the lowest number is the lowest cylinder, thats the way its supposed to be. The head chambers are slightly different top to bottom or "stggered".

Good baseline -- recheck after the decarb job.
