Balance pole getting in boat

As I get older I find it harder and harder to step in boat from the dock. Does anyone have any ideas how I can mount something on my boat to help keep my balance as I step in. I have 16 ft aluminum Fisher Marshhawk. It has an aluminum floor so will be hard to mount anything there. I am thinking of something that will clamp on side of boat with a grab pole and wondering if anyone has ideas or has done something like this themselves. Any help will be appreciated.

How about something like this

I've installed a few for people, but much bigger boats. They fit in a rod holder. There are other types,I just googled boat boarding handles.
I bet if ya look I-boats probably has them.

My boat is 21' and from the dock there is more of a drop than this old guy likes. I have a 120 qt cooler at the stern that has been used as a seat and step as well as holding fish in several boats since 1993.
