I have seen transom ladders mounted on bass boats on the road. They mount on the top of the boat and the hand rail bends over the back of the boat and down. They have 2 steps,1 is fixed and the bottom step that folds up and out of the way when not in use. Can any one tell me where I can find one? I have looked on e-bay to no avail
