Bass boat trim authority sucks in mid range

yes motor is low, i had raised it before but i lost alot in rough water slow speed handling so i dropped it back down, i was curious about a 4 blade prop but dont they lift the stern? which would push the bow down? im not sure if that would help me or not. also wondering if a stingray hydrofoil 500 would help.

The symptoms you say are/have happened, suggests the hull has a hog, or a rocker in it,.....
