Hi, I live in NC and my boat is in outdoor storage when not being used-
Is there anything I can get to keep the battery charged up?
There is no electrical to plug a charger into.

Ayuh,... By diffinition, a Battery is an electrical storage device...
Unless your batteries are Beat, or there's a parisitc draw, they should hold a charge for Weeks on end...

Summer Fun, do you have this charger?
No I don't. But my friend has one and likes it. :)
I have shore power & a genny for all my needs. :)

How many watts output do I need to maintain the battery when not in use?
Not very much if you have good batteries to start with ??. Maybe 3 to 5 watts. :)

If you understand the difference between "charging" and "maintaining" then solar panels can work for you. But unless you have a very large one, it is a "maintainer" not a "charger". 15 watts is a little over one ampere output. At that rate, a deeply discharged battery would gain only 10 amps at full sunlight over a 10 hour period. If you are looking for a maintainer then that will likely work fine for you.

How far do you travel with the trailer to the launch? If its a little distance how about pulling a power wire from the trailer wiring to the boat for a quick top off before you go out?
