What the he!! is your problem?

I have several of these quality flashlights. I like having quality tools in my toolbox. One guy I know told me that he carries one on flights, better weapon than nothing. I will be sure to replace it with another Mag-Lite, whether Duracell does it or I pay for it won't be an issue.

I keep one of those "shake em up" flashlight on the boat and in the truck. Not the brightest, but have always worked when I needed them.

. . .The switch can be replaced but would probably cost the price of a new light. I guess I'll be getting a new one before summer. Thanks for the help. Mark.

 (used to attract attention, no other meaning to this emoticon)

It's not technically covered by MagLite, but give them a call anyways. I had a bad switch and called to ask them where to get a replacement. They sent me a replacement switch 'kit' (the switch, the little plastic tool you need to install the switch or to take it out, and clear instructions with pics) for free. I was very impressed.

8) for MagLite!

(you can get a toll free number for customer service off their website)
