C/3 means dead in 3 hours.
The 80% Efficiency is at a magic peak, quoted at some point nearer to the 750 watt, 100% load point.
It may idle at zero load using the same 175 watts it does at 750 watts. The internal fans and oscillators operate independent from the load.
You also left out the live well pump that I think I see cycling every minute in the charts. It shows steep slopes.

This is all a paper test, go get some real numbers!
I'll guess that the battery is just fine, the size of the load is in question.

Did that data logger really cost you $1,600? Yikes.

Tools of the trade I suppose one might say but, I drive old cars that are paid for so that makes it okay.;)
