Don't understand the question. If you are asking when the battery is dead or dying there are three ways to determine that. 1) nothing works, or 2) things that were working are beginning to slow down or act wierd, or 3) measure the voltage with a voltmeter. If the voltmeter is showing less than 12 volts under load you are soon going to be without power. There are so called "battery condition meters" that show "Empty-1/4-1/2-3/4-Full" but they are nothing more than a voltmeter with a face like a gas gauge rather than meaningful numbers. Again, that meter will only be meaningful with the battery under load.
