Battery terminal covers

I've search all over the net and can't find a terminal cover that is designed to cover the posts on a battery that has dual posts. Specifically, my batteries have both the round lug and wing nut type connections, kind of in an "L" shape. The battery cable has a cover on the end that only covers the wing nut but the round lug, like used on older car batteries, remains exposed. I'm a bit concerned to keep running with those lugs exposed because I don't think it meets coast guard specs. Has anyone come across this? I basically need some type of cover that will cover both the wing nut and the extra round post. Any ideas?

Check with the various battery manufacturers. Marine/RV batteries normally are supplied with them but I've never seen them aftermarket.

remybattery.com shows marine battery terminal covers. Only item on the page without an illustration but might be worth a try.
