Bayliner HIN (Hull ID Number) Help

Hey All, I have a 1988-1989? Bayliner Capri. I would like to know how to decipher the HIN. Any Help Appreciated!

Update,

I went to http://www.boatfax.com and entered my HIN. Although it did not give me detailed info for free it did give me this:

Certification Date: April 1989
Model Year: 1989


So at least I know exactly what year I am dealing with
