bayliner identification

I am trying to identify this old bayliner i bought the other day. i dont have a title for it, i am working on getting one from the state, any way all i know it is a bayliner HID# blb062st0673, can anyone help me out?

it measures out at 16ft, and i have spent hours searching for this boat, i cannot find it anywhere.
